● PRICING AND OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
You say this is straight monthly opex, flat rate; are there any hidden charges?
No, SNAP! packages and components are constant for the entire contract term.
You say these are all managed, what service levels do you guarantee for each component?
For the WAN, it is 99.6% availability. For the PCs and servers service dispatch, we guarantee next business day response at the most.
What happens after the contract term expires? Do I get to own the PCs / servers? What will be the supports
arrangement should I acquire the PCs?
For the PCs, you have two options: (1) you may acquire them for 70 pesos per unit, (2) you may choose to renew the contract in which case, new units of equivalent value will replace your old units. Should you wish to continue the bundled support, this will be a direct engagement between you and IBM already.
Can I upgrade the specs/model of the servers and the PCs in the middle of the contract term?
No, as it will entail pre-termination charges equivalent to the remaining contract term.
What if I decide to disconnect my PLDT WAN / internet service, can I keep the other SNAP! Components?
No, this is a hard pre-requisite to the subscription of other SNAP! components, and therefore are co-terminus.
Can I attach my non-PLDT WAN or internet service to any of the SNAP! Components?
No, this will be ground for contract termination.
