Program is open to all PLDT Retail landline and Landline Plus postpaid subscribers.
SME, CBG, COB zero-rated, Subsidiaries & Affiliates are not yet included in the program.
Eligible customers must register their SM Advantage Card (SMAC) to the PLDT Telerewards program before they can be awarded with points.
SM Prestige and BDO Rewards cards are also included in the PLDT Telerewards program.
Only valid and confirmed registrants are eligible for the PLDT Telerewards program.
Name of PLDT Subscriber On Record (SOR) should match with SMAC member/holder to be qualified for PLDT Telerewards registration.
In the event that PLDT SOR and name of SMAC member are not the same, a letter of authorization (LOA) shall be required from the PLDT SOR to allow the SMAC holder to redeem the points to be earned from the telephone number being registered to PLDT Telerewards.
Only one (1) SMAC can be registered to one (1) PLDT account number.
There can be multiple account numbers that can be registered to one (1) SMAC. Customers who are registered to the PLDT Telerewards program may still avail of other ongoing programs of PLDT.
PLDT reserves the right to disqualify subscribers from availing of this program if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing PLDT policies, including but not limited to policies on credit and subscription.
Points are computed on PAID AMOUNT and NOT JUST on total billed charges.
Validity of registration of a particular SMAC to a PLDT account number is minimum of 6 months, hence, customer will have to wait for 6 months if he/she wishes to change or enroll another SMAC.
Awarding of points is done every end of the billing cycle/bill cut-off date.
Only points earned from PLDT can be viewed in PLDT’s Telerewards system.
In the event that the PLDT SOR is deceased or nowhere to be found and therefore, letter of authorization (LOA) is not applicable, a supersedure of service (updating of name in PLDT record) will be required prior to enrollment.

• Filling up Application Forms from PLDT agents
• Dialing AskPLDT 101-811
b. PLDT and SM Advantage reserves the right to validate the application and reject an application found not to have complied with the requirements of the program.
c. Customer will be informed of the status of registration via SMS using celfone number provided and/or via e-mail.
