SERVICE OFFERING:

Always-On Verbatuum. Automatically redirects calls when an overflow occurs, it serves as a constant back-up to the primary site.

On-Demand Verbatuum. This service provides your business with an option as to when to use the PLDT Verbatuum. A pre-need basis, which will allow you to choose as to when you need to activate or deactivate PLDT Verbatuum.

On-Demand with Announcement only. Provides a temporary IVRS service to notify customers with specified contact numbers. This type of service can be customized by recording the announcement in the system. It will automatically play when disaster occurs or upon clients request.

On-Demand with Call Forwarding only. This service automatics fly re-route all incoming calls to the specified contact number at the back-up site.

On-Demand with Announcement & Call Forwarding. The temprary IVRS service plays the announcement then transfers the call to the new/temporary number at the back-up site.
