High Speed fiber optic backbone connection to the US and Asia Pacific. Use of NxSTM1 (155Mbps) & nxSTM16 (2.4 Gbps) link between Philippines-US and Philippines-AsiaPac.
Fully-diversified international (submarine) cable systems. Use of at least 5 cable systems (GP, APCN 1 & 2, SMW3, and EAC)
Managed Network Connectivity to multiple US peering partners
Connectivity to the Asia-Pacific countries. Peering arrangements with at least seven (7) Asia-Pacific countries. These connections will help regionalize Internet traffic within the Asia-Pacific Region.
Easy Connectivity to PhIX. This provides customer local interconnection with other ISPs in the Philippines. PhIX is located near the I-Gate facility at MGO, Makati.
Highly Reliable IP switching Technology. Use of Cisco 7500 series routers - a high-end platform of multi-protocol routers which combines proven software technology with exceptional reliability, availability, serviceability, and performance features to meet the requirements of today's most miss ion-critical inter-networks.
Guaranteed Quality of Service. The network is designed to provide full redundancy in the physical level, I-Gate has redundant Core Switches and multiple Gateway Boarder Routers strategically located in separate Data Centers.
Classes of Service. Customers have options to have a premium or bandwidth-on-demand internet access connection. This provides customers options in choosing what fits their immediate need and budget and the flexibility to grow their bandwidth in the future as required.
Comprehensive flexible bandwidth options and competitive pricing plans. Customers have an option to connect in a variety of speeds ranging from as low as 1 Mbps up to 1 Gbps.
Supported by a nationwide domestic access facilities. The access facilities will be provided by PLDt's domestic leased line facilities which still have the widest coverage in terms of telecommunication infrastructure in the Philippines.
On-line usage Monitoring. This provides customers tool to which he can analyze his usage of Internet traffic. this is especially helpful in managing present capacity and planning future bandwidth requirement. Industry Standard Service Level Agreements. Customers are assured of I-Gate's guaranteed performance standards.
One-stop Shop (Single-end Ordering). This liberates the subscribers the hassle of coordination with several providers just to connect to the Internet. It eliminates the need to talk to several providers i.e., leased line provider. Internet service provider in the US, IPL provider both local and International, Internet-related requirements like IP addresses, domain names, etc.
7x24 NOC and Customer Support Set-up of single-point-of-contact (SPOC) for all inquiries for trouble and maintenance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Proactive Network Management. a dedicated engineering workgroup manages and monitors network performance and extends technical support to customers whenever needed.
