STUDENT PROGRAMS
PLDT provides students with a formidable training ground as they complete a school requirement of practical experience in corporate environment. It offers two (2) internship programs for students - “Regular OJT Program’’ and “Student Camp Program" to prepare them in corporate life setting.
STUDENT CAMP
It is a highly intensive and structured ten (10) weeks on-the-job summer training program for college students belonging to the top 20% of 3rd and 4th year level from various prestigious local colleges and universities. Applicants for this program will undergo a strict and rigorous selection process thru exams and series of interviews. Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in this holistic training program called “Student Camp”.
Accepted students will be assigned to their respective divisions where the can apply their knowledge in real-world projects assisted by mentors. Besides the authentic work experience, they will also be given seminars and other training activities to further develop their abilities and personality.
ON THE JOB TRAINING
The regular OJT program accommodates qualified students who are recommended by school to undergo internship prior to graduation in order to be adequately familiar with the actual office and industrial operations and management to augment their formal training.
The company, as an industry partner, continuous to tie up with various academic institutions to support this program by giving the student-interns course related work assignments and expose them to actual learning experiences. The duration of training is determined by the fixed period or number of hours required by the academic institution per course requirements.
The program is open to 3rd and 4th year college students who are recommended by their respective schools/ universities to undergo on-the-job training during their regular school terms.

- Original letter of endorsement from school
- Barangay Clearance ( original copy )
- 2 pcs of 1x1 ID Picure
- Copy of Resume
- Photo copy of school ID
